TURNING BRANCH
Turning Branch has been zoned and utility plans are being designed for construction with groundbreaking scheduled for Q1, 2024. The 30.44 acre development located on Shannon Road in the City of Columbus and will be the site of 146 single-family lots in a partnership with Fischer Homes, who will be providing the houses.

THE MEADOWS AT SHANNON LAKES
The Meadows at Shannon Lakes is the site of 77 new single-family homes, built by Maronda Homes. Construction has already begun on this project with lots available in Summer, 2023.

WALKER POINTE
Walker Pointe is a 32.2 acre development in Commercial Pointe that will be the site of 99 single-family homes provided by homebuilder Maronda Homes. Richard J. Conie Co’s service of Phase 1 is complete and Maronda Homes is currently in the process of building. Our work on Phase 2 will begin in Q3, 2023.

VC MEADOWS
VC Meadows is a 220 unit apartment community that is being built by Vision Development. The site is located at the northeast corner of Renner Rd and Alton & Darby Creek Rd in the City of Columbus.
