The company was established in 1987 and has developed over 10,000 single family lots and multifamily units, as well as commercial and government capital improvement projects in the central Ohio area.

As a full service development and brokerage firm we are practiced at not only locating assets for our clients, but we also take the lead in negotiating with sellers and implement repositioning strategies.

Our company focuses on the complete understanding of project dynamics in order to convey value to our clients and develop a strategic plan. Our staff is well versed in the entitlement process and land development with emphasis on city relations and property valuation services. Mr. Conie is a member of the BIA and Developer's Council, as well as a licensed real estate agent with an active real estate broker's license.
